Still Hope
Where were you the first time you truly learned about human trafficking?
For many of us, it was a moment that stopped us in our tracks—a realization that this darkness isn’t only happening far away, but right here in our own communities.
Here at Safe Places, we see that reality every week as we serve survivors through housing, advocacy, case management, and outreach. That is why we are so grateful for stories that help broaden awareness and open hearts.
We are excited to share that our very own Sarah Shaffer has a brief cameo in the upcoming film STILL HOPE—a movie that highlights the fight against trafficking and the journey toward healing. Back when her portion was filmed, Sarah was an intern for Pure Hope Foundation in Texas and currently serves as our Executive Administrator.
STILL HOPE releases in theaters February 5—less than a week away.
We want to encourage you: when this movie comes out, let it be a spark.
